We would like to try out Taekwondo to see if my child/children like it, do you have trial programs?"Yes! We offer special and free classes for new students. Email or call us for more information.

How can we prepare for the first day?Shorts/Tights and a T-shirt are recommended for first day Make sure to bring a water bottle. Bottles of water are available for sale. No jewelry is permitted. Stud earrings are fine. Loose hair to be tied back

Are parents allowed to spectate?Yes. There is a seating area for all spectators. However, we do ask all spectators to respect the gym when classes are in session and keep conversations to a minimum. Spectators making excessive noise will be asked to leave and return at the end of class.

How long are classes?Classes are 45 min in length unless otherwise specified.

Can my child/children take more than one class?Yes! We encourage all students to take at least 2 classes a week to optimize their learning potential. Ask us which package will work for you!

What forms of payment do you take?We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Void Cheques.

What kind of equipment will we need and where can I purchase them?Your child/children will need a uniform to start. Once students test for their yellow belt, it will be mandatory to purchase full sparring gear for their own safety. Full sparring gear includes: chest gear, arm and shin guards, groin protector, mouth guards, and headgear. All uniforms and gear are available through our school.
