We are excited to announce our first interclub sparring tournament held on Saturday May 23rd, 2026. This is a great opportunity for new students to gain tournament experience and for seasoned competitors their skills — all while having a great time. We urge everyone to attend and support the program.

The tournament will be taking place at Ignite Taekwondo Downtown (452 College St, Toronto, ON M5S 2P9) and begin at 9:00 am.

Each competitor will be placed in a division that matches their ability, age, and size. We will do our best to ensure every competitor has a great experience.

Please see below the tentative schedule. All competitors must arrive 30 minutes early to get prepared for the event. Depending on the day's schedule your division may start 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Competitors who are late may not be able to participate.
